If you have a legitimate complaints regarding employment practices, allegations of discrimination or violation of statutory/constitutional rights, the professional services or procedures conducted by health care professionals, lawyers, contractors, etc., or matters which are, or have previously been, in litigation, we want to help you.

The Business Consumer Complaints Watchdog of Florida does not engage in debt collection activities – This is not our purpose.

Our goal is to provide a fair and unbiased forum for legitimate and documented disputes. We help the middle and lower class American citizens fight back against inequities of large corporations.

Our funds for operations come from public donations and from membership fees from those companies and individuals who would like to join our company to help fight and protect the rights of the middle and lower class.

The website exists to have a forum for the general public to list a complaint and to have that complaint submitted to the business and or company named in the complaint. This is the first step to get a resolve for the consumer of business making a complaint. The business and or company named in the complaint will have 30 days to answer the complaint and 30 days to resolve the complaint.

A complaint that is unanswered by the business and or company named in the complaint will be reported to the Federal Consumer Protection Agencies of the U.S. Government. We will post all unresolved complaints by any business or company in order for others to be aware of the practices of that business or company.
